Location: Trout Lake Park South Side

We’ll meet at the bike rack just behind the beach and find a grassy patch to set up and practice together.  Please register in advance and make sure if you haven’t taken classes with me fill out a waiver as well.  Please bring your own mat, strap, blocks and a blanket.
