Come check out these exciting shows this week:
Aeriosa Thursday September 27 at the Scotiabank Dance Centre
The show is at noon, runs for about one hour including an artist talk back.
Single tickets are $12/$10 students, seniors and children from Tickets Tonight: book online or call 604.684.2787 (charges apply to phone bookings only).
Aeriosa’s spectacular aerial dance shows bring together the athleticism of rock climbing and the grace and artistry of dance. Using rope rigging systems, the company creates three-dimensional performances that re-interpret gravity, and delight and inspire audiences. Choreographer Julia Taffe presents a program of theatre-based work and provides revealing insights into a unique dance genre. www.aeriosa.com

Body Narratives Collective will be one of the seven companies participating in the Shadbolt’s 7 days as part of Culture Days.
Witness one concept through the eyes of seven top-tiered artists from a variety of disciplines and see it come to life, seven different ways, in only seven days. There are no limits except the 14 minute performance time – oh and a completed piece in only one week. Sure to capture the imagination, the funny bone and the creative spirit of participants and audience alike, 7 explores the very limits of what possibilities exist when one is pushed to the limit…
