Summer Sessions

Thank you for joining me for a great spring yoga session, we’ve got just a week or so left in our current session, so make sure you come use your make-up classes before they expire. I’m pleased to be offering two classes per week for the majority of the summer. I’m taking the last two weeks of August off to visit family back East. Feel free to join me for a drop-in, or register for a session, there is still space left in both of my courses. All of the information is below.

If you’ve been interested in setting up a home practice, the summer is a perfect time to do it. Once you’ve established your goals and routine, you can take your practice with you travelling, or outside to experience  yoga in nature. If you want some guidance on that, I’m available for private yoga sessions, just email me to set it up. Looking forward to a wonderful summer, and I hope that our paths will cross on the mat or somewhere beautiful outdoors.

Friday mornings 10-11:30am at Ocean and Crow

June 29-August 10th (7 classes) 

$23 to drop in

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend (space permitting; please enroll online before class).

You may also prorate classes over the summer and pay for just those that you can attend.
