Want a great start to your weekend? Join me for an alignment based practice that will help you feel more centered and energized. The teaching will focus on building stable and healthy foundations. We will work on improving concentration and developing inner awareness so that the postures become a form of ‘meditation in action’, integrating the body, mind and breath. Students will be encouraged to ask questions and we will discover together how the use of yoga props can assist us to find our optimal flow of energy, to support when needed, and to move deeper into the postures safely. The specific content of the course will be tailored for the students enrolled. Students who are beginners, pregnant or are working with injuries are welcome to join us, just please make sure to get your care provider’s approval first.
