Summer Session Saturday Mornings

I’m happy to announce that I’ll be continuing on with the Saturday morning Iyengar yoga class at Ocean and Crow Yoga for the summer session.  There is an option to pro-rate your classes if you will be away for a few weeks, see below for more information.

Aligning Body, Mind, and Breath: Iyengar with Meghan Goodman

(8 classes, Summer 2019)

Want a great start to your weekend? Join Meghan Goodman, certified Iyengar yoga instructor, for an alignment based practice that will help you feel more centered and energized. The teaching will focus on building stable and healthy foundations. We will work on improving concentration and developing inner awareness so that the postures become a form of ‘meditation in action’, integrating the body, mind and breath. Students will be encouraged to ask questions and we will discover together how the use of yoga props can assist us to find our optimal flow of energy, to support when needed, and to move deeper into the postures safely. The specific content of the course will be tailored for the students enrolled. Students who are beginners, pregnant or are working with injuries are welcome to join us, just please make sure to get your care provider’s approval first.

Saturdays, 10:00-11:15am

8 classes, June 22nd-Aug 24th. No class June 29th or Aug 3rd.

$136+tax before June 15th, $152+tax after.

Drop in: $23

*Please note that we allow pro-rating for the 11 week summer session. You may deduct a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three from your summer registration but you must email Julie (oceanandcrow@gmail.com) with the dates you are away before June 15th in order to do this. No pro-rating after June 15th.

 

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend to class (space permitting; please enroll online before class). You may make up two missed classes within your session (space permitting).

*Please note that if you have enrolled in a class and are not present five minutes before the class, we may give your spot away.
