Thank you again to everyone who has been coming out to practice Iyengar yoga in the classes, private sessions and the workshop I offered this fall. It has been wonderful to work with you all. I’ll be continuing on in the new year with my regular Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at Ocean and Crow Yoga, and I’m excited to share that I’ll be adding in a new Tuesday night class from 7:30-9pm at The Yoga Space as well. Before my second son was born, I taught a Tuesday evening class at Yoga on 7th, so I’m very happy to be have found a new and wonderful home for teaching on Tuesday evenings again. I hope you’ll be able to join me for some yoga this winter.
Please note that I will be away from January 12-26th. There will be Iyengar yoga teachers subbing for me at both studios. Thank you to Bibigul and Terri for filling in for me while I enjoy some time away with my family.
