I am teaching a few extra classes over the holidays, if you are in need of a yoga fix, a break from family, a detox from feasting, or just a chance to keep up with your regular practice, please come by. If finances are an issue, send me a note, I can bring one guest to each class I teach, I just need to know in advance.
Holiday Schedule (all classes are 75 minutes):
Thursday December 20th: 6pm Slow Yoga at East Side Yoga
Sunday December 23rd: 12:15pm Flow class at Yyoga Flow
Tuesday December 25th: 10:30am Hatha and 12pm Flow class at Yyoga Flow
Wednesday December 26th: 12pm and 3pm Flow classes at Yyoga Flow
Thursday December 27th: 6pm Slow Yoga at East Side Yoga

2:00-3:30pm Iyengar Level 1
Suitable for those new to yoga, and/or new to Iyengar Yoga. Even practiced yogis will find a Level 1 class will help them discover fundamental principles that will refine their practice, and improve their other practices. The cost is $215 pre-register for 14 weeks of classes.

Is there an option to do drop-ins to these sessions? I don’t know how much I will be in town or out of town during the spring.

Yes, of course. Let me know when you are in town and we can figure something out. Classes at East Side Yoga (Sunday and Thursday night’s) are always drop-ins.
