Hello friends, I have two exciting announcements to share:
First, I will be performing with the Vancouver Opera in a west coast version of The Magic Flute from March 9-17th. I feel incredibly honored to be a part of this production.
“Set on the rocky shores and in the ancient rainforests of the Pacific Coast, VO’s highly praised 2007 production, with new design elements, artfully blends Mozart’s beguiling music with indigenous mythology and visually stunning design. The eternal story of humankind’s search for spiritual harmony will move you; the human characters, spirit-animals and supernatural creatures will delight you. Original production conceived with the guidance of First Peoples’ Cultural Council and an advisory group of First Nations artists.”
This show is not to be missed.

Do you suffer from spring time allergies? Do bouts of sneezing and coughing, itchy eyes or a runny nose affect your sleep, concentration and productivity? Come and learn how yoga can help you manage your allergies, assist you in better breathing and provide relief of these symptoms while strengthening your overall immune system. As someone who is affected by allergies myself, I’ve learned to incorporate knowledge from yoga, Ayurveda and natural medicine to manage my allergies, and I am excited to pass on this information in an experiential workshop including a short discussion and practice of key poses |
