Fall Iyengar Yoga Classes

I’m very excited to be teaching a new Iyengar yoga class this fall at the beautiful Yoga on 7th studio, Tuesday night’s from 7:30-9pm.

First set: Tuesday 7:30-9pm, September 20 to October 25,  6-week session, $96
Second set: Tuesday 7:30-9pm, November 1 to December 6, $96

$180 to sign up for both sessions (12 weeks)

I am also very happy to be continuing to teach at Ocean and Crow Yoga/Space with their new pre-registered course program.

Regular classes run Thursday and Sunday night’s from 6:00-7:15pm
