Join me for a deeply nourishing online restorative yoga practice with breathing exercises to help relax and reset during the darkest part of the year.

I also wanted to announce that I’ll be changing my teaching schedule slightly to space out my classes more evenly throughout the week. The only change is that the Wednesday night Unwind: Calming Iyengar yoga, breath and meditation class will move from Wednesday to Tuesday night at 7:45-9pm starting Tuesday November 24th, 2021.
